Email list

When you sign up, we store your email address, consent choice, signup time and the page where you signed up so we can send Dividend Lantern research and product updates and understand which topics readers find useful. We do not send personalized investment advice. You can withdraw your consent at any time using a future email's unsubscribe link or our contact form; ask us to remove your address if emails have not started yet.

Contact messages

When you send a message, we store the name, reply email, subject, message and time so we can read and respond. Please do not send passwords, bank details or portfolio records in the message.

Where data is stored

The website runs on Cloudflare. Signup and contact records are stored in Cloudflare's key-value service. A short-lived, hashed network address is used to limit repeated submissions. We keep signup and contact records until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them. We do not sell your email address.

Form security

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect email signup and contact forms from automated submissions. It may verify your browser without showing a visible challenge. Cloudflare processes security signals for this purpose; see its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Analytics choice

Google Analytics 4 is off by default. If you choose “Allow analytics,” we load Google's analytics script to understand visits, pages viewed, newsletter link clicks and successful signups, plus broad device and location information. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and process data outside your country. We do not enable Google advertising personalization. Read Google's privacy policy for more about its processing.

Your choice is saved in this browser for 180 days. Use “Analytics choices” in any page footer to change it. Rejecting analytics stops new tracking on this site and removes its first-party analytics cookies; you can also clear browser data.

Tracker preview cookie

The temporary test=true cookie only switches on access to unfinished tracker pages; it is not an account login and does not provide portfolio data. You can remove it in your browser settings.

Questions or removal requests

Use the contact form and choose “Privacy request” to ask about, correct or remove your signup or message details. Include the email address you signed up with so we can locate your record.
